There should be a one-act play called “JOE.” It’s about Joe Biden. The play begins with a journalist (preferably played by Joe Biden himself, because come on there is an excellent chance that he would be into something like this) asking the Joe Biden character something inane like, “Mr. Vice President, did you enjoy the Easter Egg Roll this year?” Then the Biden character would just yell “DID I EVER!” and it would be off to the races. Monologue for 70 or 80 minutes.
